Job summary

Powerdot is seeking a multilingual Customer Support Representative to own the frontline customer experience across its EV charging network. You will handle contacts in multiple languages, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless charging experience for thousands of drivers daily.

Based in Lisbon, you will join the Operations team, work rotating shifts, and support expanding markets with a focus on sustainability and customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, Portuguese, Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Empathetic mindset, understands user experience and handles requests with care.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of customer contacts via calls, email and chat.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes.
• Monitor the network of EV chargers and triage operational issues.
• Master multiple support platforms, tools, applications and knowledge bases.
• Triages and escalates urgent technical or operational issues.
• Document customer interactions and highlight recurring trends to teams.
