On behalf of our client, we are looking for an enthusiastic & communicative German Technical Support Specialist to join their eMobility call center in Lisbon. If you’re passionate about technology, customer experience, and sustainable mobility, this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities

As a German Technical Support Specialist, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting (connectivity, resets, app configurations, cable checks).
  • Escalate complex issues to advanced support teams, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Keep up with the latest EV charger models, firmware, and updates.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive experience for all customers.
Qualifications
  • Native-level German & good English skills.
  • Previous customer support/technical support experience.
  • Tech-savviness and basic knowledge of IT, networks, or electronics.
  • Availability to work in a shift-based schedule (including weekends).
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, IoT devices, and network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, SIM-based).
  • Familiarity with EV charging standards/protocols (Type 2, CCS, OCPP) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Applicants must already be living in the Lisbon area (relocation is not provided).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid setup (3–2 rotation).
