Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks an Operations Customer Expert to support a Spanish and Basque-speaking team. You will be the first point of contact and aim to leave customers satisfied after interactions about orders, accounts and services.

The role requires native Spanish and Basque, with English at B1 or higher, and a collaborative, patient approach. On-site work with relocation package is offered.

Qualificações

• Native-level Spanish and Basque proficiency.
• English level B1 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers and resolve issues.
• Follow up on open cases until fully resolved.
• Handle inquiries related to orders, accounts and service questions.
• Stay calm and helpful when customers are frustrated.
