Qualifications

• At least 12 months of direct customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Native Spanish language written and spoken communication.
• Minimum English level B2 spoken and written.
• European nationality or Portuguese work permit.
• Proactive attitude and strong team-spirit.
• Be organized and able to learn new processes and adapt to change.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to deliver accurately and efficiently.
• Able to empathize with clients and manage emotions in conversations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries via phone, email, or chat; identify problems and document actions taken.
• Provide general and technical support to customers using the client's products.
• Escalate complex issues according to defined procedures.
