You will translate business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions that boost productivity and streamline workflows across client environments.

In this role, you will guide adoption of Teams, Viva, and related services, drive change management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 capabilities (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva).
• Experience with workflow automation and low-code/no-code tools such as Power Platform.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric solutions.
• Familiarity with modern content management and digital workspace design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

You'll work alongside clients to enhance their digital workplace experience whether that's through smarter workflows, improved content management, or seamless communication strategies.
