Devoteam is seeking a Modern Workplace Manager to drive the strategy and operations of the digital and local IT environment, focusing on end-user computing separate from backend infrastructure.

You will lead Service Desk, onsite support, and endpoint admins, while modernizing device fleets, asset tracking, and identity management across global locations. Strong English and CSAT focus are essential.

Qualificações

• 6-8+ years IT experience including EUC/On-Prem
• Proven leadership of service desk and onsite support teams
• Experience modernizing enterprise device fleets and asset tracking
• Hands-on with Ivanti MDM and endpoint security tooling
• Experience managing Google Workspace as IdP and federation to Azure
• Strong user-centric focus with high CSAT and SLA discipline
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Lead sub-teams for Service Desk, onsite support engineers, and endpoint admins
• Elevate local IT support with high-touch, white-glove service
• Oversee global device fleet lifecycle and procurement
• Overhaul inventory tracking and workflows in ServiceNow ITAM
• Manage Google Workspace as IdP and Entra ID federation to Microsoft ecosystems
• Drive device management strategy with Ivanti and ensure Sophos EDR protection
• Enforce SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access for Zero Trust
• Streamline zero-touch deployment and onboarding/offboarding workflows
