Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Workplace Support Analyst to ensure the availability and performance of workplace technology services, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and end-user environments. You will provide both on-site and remote support to enable secure, productive digital workplaces.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in technical support, helpdesk operations, and workplace technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook, and Windows environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for workplace technologies and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Manage, prioritise, and resolve support requests, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to support processes.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook, and related workplace technologies.
• Promote cybersecurity best practices and assist users in the adoption and effective use of collaboration solutions.
• Contribute to workplace technology improvements, service optimisation initiatives, and the deployment of new digital tools.
• Maintain workplace technology inventories and support equipment lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and support business objectives.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Workplace Support Analyst to join one of our teams and support a leading industrial organisation committed to sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and continuous improvement of workplace technology services, providing technical support for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms and end-user environments, while contributing to a secure and productive digital workplace.

What you are like:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook, and Windows environments;
• Experienced with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management solutions;
• Solid understanding of hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals;
• Skilled in troubleshooting collaboration platforms and end-user technology issues;
• Excellent communication and user support skills, with the ability to deliver guidance and training to end users;
• Knowledge of digital workplace trends, collaboration strategies, and service improvement initiatives is valued;
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations and custom solution deployments is a plus;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
