Körber Campus Porto is seeking a Mid Senior Systems Engineer to design, build and deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, with a strong focus on enterprise M365 platform operations including Azure Active Directory, Teams, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.

The role requires at least 4 years of hands‑on experience with Office/M365 technologies, PowerShell knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to drive security, compliance and productivity across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or another related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience with Office/M365 platform technologies such as: Exchange, OneDrive, Active Directory, Enterprise Apps, Power Platform, Outlook, Teams, Security & Compliance and SharePoint Online.
• Demonstrated knowledge of PowerShell (commands/scripting).
• Knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools within Microsoft 365, such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and related technologies is considered a strong plus.
• Experience migrating Microsoft On-Prem products to Online is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience administering and supporting Office/M365 platform technologies such as: OneDrive, Windows 10, Office/Enterprise Apps, Outlook, Endpoint Management/Intune preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Mid Senior Engineer on the team for M365 Enterprise Platform and supporting technologies.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of M365 and other Microsoft technologies, solutions and methodologies to engineer, design and make technical recommendations on M365 Modern Workplace, Security, and Compliance initiatives for the company.
• Assist in planning the enterprise M365 platform vision and roadmap for the organization.
• Develop and maintain best practices for our organization to ensure successful deployments and high productivity for users using the M365 Platform.
• Collaborate with members of the IT Infrastructure team and other employees to align M365 services, applications and features to business requirements and deliver solutions that surpass expectations.
• Evaluate and make technical recommendations in other areas of the M365 Platform as assigned.
• Employ an approach that utilizes repeatable, efficient processes, automation, and best practices.
• Think outside the box and beyond the current solution to identify new and improved solutions or optimize existing processes and tools.
• Utilize a pro‑active, preventative maintenance and support approach including monitoring and health checks to minimize business disruptions.
• Assist Level 1 and Level 2 support resources as needed providing technical assistance, reference documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Provide management escalation of any issues related to the Microsoft 365 environment.

Role Job Description

We are looking for a team player who enjoys challenges, applies critical thinking, and has strong technical skills to help our organization adopt the Microsoft 365 suite at an enterprise level. As a Mid Senior Systems Engineer supporting the M365 Platform, you will be responsible for the design, build and delivery of scalable Microsoft Office 365 solutions. This position will have a strong focus on enterprise level M365 Platform Operations including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online. This role will have opportunities to work in other M365 areas in addition to other areas of infrastructure technologies.

Role Knowledge & Technical Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or another related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated hands‑on experience with Office/M365 platform technologies such as: Exchange, OneDrive, Active Directory, Enterprise Apps, Power Platform, Outlook, Teams, Security & Compliance and SharePoint Online required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of PowerShell (commands/scripting).
• Knowledge of AI‑powered productivity tools within Microsoft 365, such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and related technologies is considered a strong plus.
• Experience migrating Microsoft On‑Prem products to Online is highly desirable.
