Alpineo Consulting seeks an experienced consultant to strengthen Dynamics 365 / XRM capabilities, focusing on integrating the CRM with mass mailing and email marketing systems. The role collaborates closely with Communications and Marketing and Corporate IT to stabilise, improve, and extend these integrations for daily operations and future enhancements.

You will design and maintain integrations, troubleshoot data sync, and support campaign configuration and deliverability.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 / XRM configuration and admin.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with marketing automation platforms (ClickDimensions, Mailchimp, dotdigital or similar).
• Solid understanding of CRM data models, contact/lead management, and campaign/segmentation logic.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and/or .NET/C# for custom plugin development.
• Knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce/complaint).
• Good communication with non-IT stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and in a small cross-functional IT team.
• Fluent in English (French an asset).

• Advise on best practices for CRM/marketing automation architecture.

Our client is looking for an experienced consultant to strengthen its Dynamics 365 / XRM capability, with a specific focus on the integration between the CRM platform and mass mailing / email marketing systems. The consultant will work closely with Communication and Marketing and the Corporate IT teams to stabilise, improve, and extend these integrations, supporting both day-to-day operations and upcoming enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 (XRM) and mass mailing / email marketing platforms (e.g. ClickDimensions or equivalent).
• Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronisation issues between CRM records, contact/subscriber lists, and mailing campaigns.
• Support marketing and communications teams with campaign configuration, segmentation, and deliverability (bounce handling, DMARC/SPF/DKIM considerations).
• Develop and maintain customisations within Dynamics 365 (plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, custom entities/fields as needed).
• Document technical designs, data flows, and operational procedures for handover and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Communications & Marketing and other Corporate IT stakeholders on roadmap items, incident resolution, and process improvements.
• Advise on best practices for CRM/marketing automation architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / XRM (configuration, customisation, administration).
• Demonstrated experience integrating Dynamics 365 with mass mailing or marketing automation platforms (e.g. ClickDimensions, Mailchimp, dotdigital, or similar).
• Solid understanding of CRM data models, contact/lead management, and campaign/segmentation logic.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and/or .NET/C# for custom plugin development.
• Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce/complaint).
• Good communication with non‑IT stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small, cross‑functional IT team.
• Fluent in English (French an asset).

Nice to Have

• Experience in a media, broadcasting, or membership‑organisation context.
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID / SSO and identity‑driven access models for CRM systems.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence for ticketing and documentation.
• Prior experience in an international, multi‑stakeholder organisation.
