The role involves designing and developing CRM solutions, participating in Agile processes, and collaborating with international teams. Ideal candidates have over 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and solid analytical skills. We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developers to join a large‑scale CRM initiative aimed at supporting global operations. You will work closely with the development team based in France and play a key role in the evolution and implementation across multiple regions.

Location:

Remote from Portugal

Your Mission:

• Design, configure, and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Review code, ensure best practices, and guarantee high-quality deliveries.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, continuous integration, and deployment processes.
• Support functional analysis and propose technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on application design.
• Provide technical estimations and validate the quality of deliverables.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (customization, configuration, development).
• Previous experience in international projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Solid analytical skills to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication in English (professional level).
