Hexa People in Lisbon is seeking an experienced CRM marketer to coordinate the full lifecycle of campaigns—from brief analysis and audience segmentation to deployment, reporting and optimization.

You will collaborate with marketing, data, business and technology teams, support platform users and help develop junior team members, while driving process improvements and better platform usage. Fluency in French and English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Fluency in French and English (C1 or higher) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms and customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive improvements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Role Overview

You will coordinate the complete CRM campaign lifecycle—from brief analysis and audience segmentation to campaign configuration, quality assurance, launch, reporting, and optimization.

You will work closely with marketing, communication, data, business, and technology teams. You will also support CRM platform users, help develop junior team members, and contribute to improving campaign processes and platform usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Fluency in both French and English (C1 level or above) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or marketing automation.
