Intellias in Portugal is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 specialist to join our client-facing support team. You will handle X++ development, D365 F&O/CE/Field Service integrations, and migration-related tasks within a fast-paced environment.

You will deliver technical designs, perform code reviews, document effectively, and maintain D365 updates with a strong emphasis on security and SLA-driven issue resolution.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with X++ and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 modules: F&O, CE, Field Service.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics solutions & integrations for D365 CE and F&O.
• Experience working in Support Servince/L3 team.
• Understanding of migration, data security, compliance and proposing solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and to work with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Technical tasks implementation.
• Involvement in technical design as required.
• Code review and code optimization.
• Assure technical documentation is coherent and valuable for project engineers.
• Interaction with customers for requirements analysis.
• Support and maintenance of Microsoft Updates for D365 products.

Our client is a retail company, that offers an extensive range of specialist products, equipment and support services across both the dental & beauty markets in the UK and ROI. They have successfully implemented D365 accross various departments of the business and now require a skilful support service.

Requirements:

• Well-versed in X++, with at least 5 years of experience.
• You have experience working with Dynamics 365, Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement and Field Service
• You have deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions & Integrations for D365 CE, F&O.
• Have experience working as part of Support Servince/L3 Support Team
• Understand the aspects of application migration, data migration, security and compliance, and can propose solutions to common problems
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and to work with a team

Would be nice to have:

• Experience with Logic App
• Certifications and Specialization: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
