Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager – MICE Segment to drive new business, nurture relationships and expand our client portfolio across key territories. You will identify, acquire, retain and manage potential clients, promote the brand, present products, attend trade fairs, and visit prospects to close deals.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hotel sales experience, a strong commercial mindset, fluent English, a tourism-related degree, and is willing to travel.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hotel sales experience (MICE segment)
• Strong commercial profile with a customer‑oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Identify, acquire, retain, and manage potential clients.
• Manage and maintain relationships within the client portfolio.
• Promote and represent Eurostars Hotel Company.
• Present and highlight products and services.
• Attend trade fairs and tourism events to promote the company.
• Visit potential clients within assigned territories.
