Eurostars Hotel Company, the hotel chain within Grupo Hotusa, is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager – MICE Segment to join our team in Portugal. You will identify, acquire, and manage corporate MICE clients, promoting our hotels and services across territories and representing the group at events.

The role requires at least 2 years in hotel sales, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in English; travel is required and additional languages are a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a Hotel Sales Executive/Manager in the MICE segment.
• Strong commercial profile with a customer-oriented mindset.
• High level of English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, acquire, retain, and manage potential clients in the MICE segment.
• Maintain relationships within the existing client portfolio.
• Promote and represent Eurostars Hotel Company.
• Present and highlight the company’s products and services.
• Attend trade fairs and tourism events to promote the company.
• Visit potential clients within the assigned territories.
