United Hospitality Management seeks a Regional MICE Sales Manager to drive international MICE sales across the UHM portfolio, generating new business and revenue growth while strengthening relationships with key clients and agencies worldwide.

You will work with the Regional Director of Sales and property teams, attend international trade shows, and travel frequently to source opportunities, manage accounts, and ensure seamless handover from proposal to contract, delivering exceptional events.

Qualificações

• University Degree in Sales or similar background.
• 1-3 years of previous experience.
• Extensive travel between properties and abroad.
• This person has to be focused on proactive MICE business.
• Good computer skills and a perfect command of English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Manages proactive international MICE sales with focus on key markets (UK and US).
• Proactively source new group and event business opportunities through direct sales and networking.
• Represents the company at international trade shows, industry events, sales missions, and client roadshows.
• Builds and maintains relationships with MICE agencies, corporate planners, and event organizers in assigned markets.
• Identifies and converts leads into confirmed group bookings for long-term revenue growth.
• Conducts regular sales trips and client visits to maintain industry presence.
• Maintains knowledge of event facilities and services across properties.
• Collaborates with property-based sales and events teams for smooth handover and execution.
• Maintains CRM records and provides market intelligence and forecasts.
