Lingo-nova is hiring Customer Service Agents in Lisbon for an on-site role in international digital environments. The position focuses on customer support, service assistance, and user communication in a fast-paced, professional setting, with rotative shifts and weekends.

Requires German and English at B2 level, a background in digital marketing or paid campaigns, and experience in a contact centre within an Advertising Tech context.

• Base salary: 1,100€ per 14 months
• Complexity bonus: 60€ per 11 months
