Lingo-nova in Lisbon is seeking Marketing Customer Service Agents for an onsite role. You will handle customer support for international digital campaigns, assist users, and maintain professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full-time contracting, rotative shifts including weekends, a base salary described as 1,100€ per 14 months with a 60€ bonus per 11 months, plus accommodation. Fluency in Spanish and English (B2) is required and EU-ID or visa criteria apply.

Qualificações

• Experience in paid campaign management with a degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in a contact centre/service program within an Advertising Tech environment.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset, social media fluency, and ability to work both independently and in teams.
