Lingo-nova is seeking Marketing Customer Service agents for our Lisbon onsite team. You will engage in customer support, service assistance, and user communications within international digital environments, in a fast-paced customer service setting.

Requirements include Brazilian Portuguese and English (B2), a Digital Marketing background, and prior contact centre experience in Advertising Tech. The role offers meal allowance, health insurance, and international work environment.

• Base salary: 920€ per 14 months
• Complexity bonus: 40€ per 11 months

General Candidate Profile

• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management with a solid background in Digital Marketing Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Previous experience in a contact centre/service program within an Advertising Tech environment
