Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking an experienced F&B leader to manage daily restaurant operations, uphold luxury standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership and hotel management to ensure exceptional service, training, and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of luxury F&B leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years of luxury hotel F&B leadership experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Authorized to work in Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations and team performance.
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B leadership on menus and marketing.
• Drive revenue through forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
