Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead a luxury housekeeping team in Lisbon. You will oversee Room Attendants and House Attendants, ensuring impeccable standards and coordinating daily work to maximize guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in a luxury setting, strong leadership, and fluency in Portuguese and English. Competitive pay, extensive benefits, and on-site facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury housekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic and communication skills.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor staff and provide feedback.
• Must have authorization to work in Europe.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Inspect work of Room Attendants and House Attendants; ensure standards and coach as needed.
• Schedule daily work, monitor progress and release rooms to be sold.
• Monitor Linen Runners; check supplies and cleanliness of corridors and linen areas.
• Inform Maintenance of any issues and coordinate repairs.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns promptly and escalate as required.
• Manage daily occupancy forecasts and plan staff accordingly.
• Lead daily briefings and coordinate with other departments and contractors.
• Assist with duties in absence or high volume across areas.
