COREcruitment is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager for a lifestyle concept in Lisbon, Portugal. Oversee a bustling dining establishment, uphold outstanding service, and motivate a dedicated team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

The role requires leadership across floor and bar operations, strong HACCP knowledge, and a focus on budgets, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration. Fluent English is essential; Portuguese a plus. Evening shifts 4:00 PM–12:00 AM in scope.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a comparable lifestyle/hospitality leadership role.
• Experience in luxury lifestyle locations preferred.
• Ability to manage dining floor and bar operations with strong front/back of house coordination.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and health & safety standards.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold guest experience and engagement through service excellence.
• Ensure operational consistency across service standards and policies.
• Lead peak shifts with focus on guest flow and team performance.
• Oversee floor and bar operations ensuring quality and coordination.
• Align team with goals, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage budgeting, labor costs, and upselling strategies.
• Handle scheduling and timekeeping, payroll readiness.
• Lead HR processes including onboarding and appraisals.
• Address customer feedback and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene and safety standards.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and asset security.
• Proactively solve issues with leadership to implement best practices.
