Four Seasons in Lisbon is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead our luxury housekeeping team and ensure impeccable standards across rooms and public areas. You will train, coach and schedule staff, monitor linen supplies, and coordinate with maintenance and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury housekeeping, strong leadership and communication, and fluency in Portuguese and English, with EU work authorization.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years in luxury housekeeping with leadership experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Ability to train staff and provide feedback.
• Legal authorization to work in an European country; proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and coach Room Attendants and House Attendants to meet standards.
• Schedule daily work and track room status sheets.
• Monitor Linen Runners and ensure supplies and cleanliness.
• Inform Maintenance of issues promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and address concerns; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments and staff during daily briefings.
