Responsibilities include managing both dining floor and bar operations, ensuring HACCP compliance, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with corporate teams.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in luxury lifestyle settings.
• Leadership in premium guest-centric establishments.
• Experience supervising dining floor and bar operations.
• Familiarity with FOH/BOH coordination, HR, and payroll processes.

Responsabilidades
