Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to manage daily restaurant operations, oversee a high-performing team, and uphold luxury standards. You will collaborate with culinary leadership on menus, marketing, and guest engagement while driving profitability through cost control and accurate forecasting.

The role calls for 3–5 years in luxury F&B, strong financial acumen, and fluent Portuguese and English, with flexibility and a passion for exceptional guest

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage leadership within luxury hotels or restaurant groups.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Proactive, ownership-driven leadership with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of F&B operations and team performance to deliver luxury guest experiences.
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B leadership on menu development and marketing initiatives.
• Drive revenue and manage costs through forecasting, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Maintain high service standards and guest engagement across all dining outlets.
