ME Lisbon, part of Meliá Hotels International, seeks a Reservations Manager to maximise occupancy and revenue while delivering personalised, high-quality service. You will oversee the Reservations Department, implement selling strategies, manage availability, and align bookings with brand standards.

Fluency in Portuguese and English, +2–3 years in luxury hotel settings, and experience with Opera Cloud PMS are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hotels.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). A third language is a plus.
• Proficiency with Opera Cloud PMS and revenue management tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure maximum occupancy and average room rate through inventory management and selling techniques.
• Oversee daily operations of the Reservations Department for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Apply and monitor selling strategy across reservation systems and rate management.
• Proactively manage availability and adjust strategies based on demand patterns.
• Stay updated on events impacting hotel performance and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Review bookings for alignment with brand standards and distribution strategy.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales to manage overbookings and guest experience.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales to support overall hotel strategy.
