ME Lisbon, a luxury hotel in the heart of Lisbon, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team to meet brand quality standards. Join a dynamic energy and contribute to guest experiences with collaborative cross-department work.

You will manage staffing, inventories, budgets, and KPIs while ensuring health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed, continuing Meliá’s commitment to excellence.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years in Housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in luxury hospitality.
• Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, planning, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, inventory, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure rooms, public areas, and back-of-house meet quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Housekeeping team.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, F&B, and Guest Relations.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene, environmental regulations and company policies are followed.
• Prepare operational reports, analyses, and KPIs for management.
