The role requires a proven track record in managing large, diverse teams within international settings, with strong F&B focus and commercial acumen. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience as a General Manager in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead complex hotel operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability skills.

• Lead overall hotel strategy across operations, guest experience and commercial performance.
• Position ME Lisbon as a benchmark in luxury lifestyle, boosting visibility and business results.
• Develop and execute the hotel's strategic plan in line with brand standards and corporate goals.
• Build and inspire a high-performing, guest-centric team with a culture of excellence.
• Ensure top quality standards across rooms, F&B, events, wellness and entertainment.
• Drive profitability through efficient resource management and revenue optimization.
• Monitor financial performance and pursue GOP, EBITDA and guest satisfaction targets.
• Strengthen relationships with ownership, partners, authorities and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial and marketing strategies with corporate and local teams to reinforce market position.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, sustainability and governance requirements.
