Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese and strong English.
• Based near Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras.
• Legally able to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics and priorities for the principal.
• Protect the principal's calendar and prioritise important engagements.
• Coordinate travel itineraries, bookings and packing lists.
• Handle household coordination with maid and service providers.
• Coordinate groceries, meals and local admin tasks.
• Filter emails and draft replies, escalating only essential items.
