Job summary

ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel in the heart of Lisbon, part of Melia Hotels International. We are seeking a Guest Experience professional to warmly welcome guests, assist with door and entrance duties, and provide accurate information about local attractions and hotel services.

The role emphasizes high service standards and teamwork with the front desk. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in guest services, strong Portuguese and advanced English, and a hospitality degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in guest services or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist guests with arrangements and information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that guests receive a welcome and farewell according to brand standards.
• Assist guests by opening and closing car doors, hotel doors, and elevators.
• Help guests secure taxi service.
• Ensure the hotel entrance is staffed at all times.
• Provide guests with information on points of interest, nearby areas, hotel services, and exits.
• Keep the hotel entrance and lobby clean and organized.
• Ensure that guests receive all information about hotel services and amenities upon check-in.
• Stay informed about daily events, groups, VIPs, etc.
• Maintain constant communication with the front desk.
• Respond to any guest complaints or concerns.
