CostaTerra seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily club operations, align departments to service standards, and lead a high-performing leadership team. You will partner with the General Manager on financial oversight, strategic planning, and project management within a luxury resort community.

You will drive member relations, events, and guest experiences, while maintaining accountability, performance reviews, and proactive communications.

Qualificações

• At least six years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong performance management and team development.
• Solid financial knowledge and familiarity with critical-path planning.
• Proficiency with operational technology and business systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and longer shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily club operations through department heads and maintain service standards.
• Build relationships with members, homeowners, and guests and coordinate events.
• Support the General Manager in reviewing the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and capital budget.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of department heads and staff, set clear expectations, and conduct evaluations.
