CostaTerra is seeking a Member Experience Supervisor to lead the MX team, coordinate events, and ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints at the CostaTerra club. You will support onboarding, engagement initiatives, and cross-department collaboration to deliver memorable moments while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a proactive attitude, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in client-facing hospitality or events is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily MX team operations and support scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Build relationships with members and guests to deliver personalized service and engagement.
• Coordinate and execute club events and activations from planning to delivery, including budgets and timelines.
• Prepare event docs, reports, and presentations; support budgeting and invoicing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless experiences.
