Job summary

The Member Experience Supervisor at CostaTerra, part of Discovery Land Company, plays a key role in delivering unparalleled daily experiences for members and guests. This position supports the Member Experience and Events Manager by overseeing MX team operations, coordinating events and activations, and ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.

• Experience in client-facing hospitality, Member Experience and/or events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Member Experience team in daily operations.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Lead daily briefings and support weekly departmental meetings.
• Ensure timely reports, updates and communications.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests; provide personalized service.
• Support member onboarding, profiles, and ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate and execute club events and activations, from planning to delivery.
• Develop event timelines, budgets and BEOs; liaise with vendors.
• Work with departments to ensure seamless experiences.
