The role requires strong knowledge of wine and hospitality, fluency in Portuguese and English, and authorization to work in Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations.
• Proficient in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Authorized to work in a European country.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain an exceptional wine list aligned with the restaurant concept.
• Stay updated on global wine trends and sustainable practices.
• Oversee wine service standards, including glassware and temperatures.
• Train F&B staff on wine and spirits knowledge.
• Coordinate with chefs to design pairing menus and seasonal offerings.
• Organize wine tastings and pairing events for guests.
• Manage stock levels and inventory.
