Job summary

Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking a talented Mixologist to provide attentive, personalised beverage service and to craft innovative cocktails that reflect the spirit of Four Seasons hospitality. You will engage guests with storytelling behind each drink and collaborate with Culinary and F&B teams on pairing ideas.

Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of luxury hotel experience, strong cocktail artistry skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as a mixologist or beverage specialist in a luxury hotel or high-end lounge.
Proven expertise in cocktails artistry, flavor balancing, and presentation techniques.
Creative mindset with the ability to tell stories through drinks and design beverage experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
