Nova Founders Capital is seeking an Estate Manager in the Lisbon area to support a busy principal with personal logistics, travel, calendar, inbox, household coordination and daily operations. This is a highly in-person role requiring discretion, proactivity and international travel when needed.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Portuguese and strong English.
• Based near Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras.
• Able and willing to travel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent discretion and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• 1. Daily life and personal operations: manage daily logistics, remove unnecessary decisions from the principal’s day, handle errands, bookings, reservations and supplier coordination; create routines and checklists; daily priorities review with the principal.
• 2. Calendar and communication management: protect the calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, filter emails, draft replies, manage select channels, reduce noise and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• 3. Travel management: book flights/hotels/transport, create itineraries, coordinate packing, travel ahead or with the principal, verify arrangements and ensure a seamless travel experience.
• 4. Household and lifestyle coordination: coordinate with maid and providers, ensure home functioning smoothly, manage repairs, deliveries, laundry, groceries and meals, support family logistics.
• 5. Food, health and personal preferences: coordinate meals and groceries, understand dietary preferences, book restaurants, manage health appointments, assist with travel food needs.
• 6. Portuguese admin and local support: handle Portuguese bureaucracy, liaise with local suppliers and authorities, manage local services and forms; translate/clarify Portuguese communications.
