Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Logistics Manager in Lisbon to own last mile and reverse logistics for the Southern Cluster. You will manage delivery partners, oversee returns, and drive continuous improvements in service levels and cost efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid work model with offices in Lisbon and remote work options.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in last mile, reverse logistics or end-to-end supply chain roles in ecommerce/Retail.
• Strong ownership mindset with both strategic and hands-on capabilities.
• Experience managing external partners and driving measurable improvements.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own last mile and reverse logistics performance across the Southern Cluster.
• Manage a network of delivery and reverse logistics partners with KPIs and governance.
• Lead operational improvements to raise delivery success and reduce costs.
• Forecast capacity for delivery and returns and optimize network design.
• Coordinate with S&OP, Transportation, Warehousing, and Customer Experience.
• Build relationships with logistics partners and drive performance reviews.
