Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a results-driven professional to own last mile and reverse logistics for the Southern Cluster. You will collaborate with delivery partners to drive performance, costs, and scalability across outbound and inbound flows.

With 3+ years in logistics, you’ll lead negotiations, optimize network design, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. The role is full-time, on-site with Lisbon offices and a hybrid remote option.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in last mile, reverse logistics, or end-to-end supply chain roles within e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or similarly fast-paced environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
• Experience managing external partners and driving measurable improvements in operational performance.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and levels.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of last mile and reverse logistics performance across the Southern Cluster, ensuring service excellence, cost efficiency, and scalability across outbound and inbound flows.
• Manage and develop a network of delivery and reverse logistics partners with KPI-driven governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies, performing root cause analyses, and implementing scalable solutions to improve delivery success and customer satisfaction.
• Own capacity planning and forecasting across delivery and returns for peak periods and demand trends.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize network design, carrier allocation, routing logic, and partner footprint.
• Act as a key interface across internal teams (S&OP, Transportation, Warehousing, Customer Experience) for alignment and execution, including new product launches.
• Build and manage relationships with logistics partners, conducting performance reviews and driving innovation and automation.
