Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is offering a Global Operations Internship to support forecasting, production, warehousing, and delivery across markets. This hands-on role blends data analysis with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced international setting.

You will contribute to planning, production, and delivery optimization, learning how to move products efficiently while creating value for customers. Start date within two months is preferred.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong data analysis skills and numerical mindset.
• Process-driven with a passion for efficiency.
• Excellent communicator, collaborative across global teams.
• Available to start in the next two months.
• Experience with Excel/Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build market-aligned demand forecasts using data-driven input.
• Translate demand plans into production and replenishment strategies.
• Coordinate production schedules with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory and identify risks of stockouts or excess.
• Own KPI consolidation and dashboard upkeep.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Fulfilment, Finance.
