Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Logistics Intern in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on supporting the expedition process from factory to customers, ensuring top-tier service across Europe.

You will engage in day-to-day tasks, coordinate warehouses, and collaborate with the global logistics team to align procedures with market insights. Ideal candidates are fluent in French and English, pursuing a degree in Business or Engineering, and familiar with Excel or Power BI.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the expedition process from manufacturer to final customers to ensure best-in-class service.
• Assist day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflows.
• Contribute to strategic coordination of warehouses and drop-shipping sites in Europe.
• Collaborate with the global logistics team to align procedures with market insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Assist with system integrations and identify weaknesses for optimization.
