Job summary

SThree seeks a Talent Advisor for its Lisbon technology hub on a freelance basis. The role involves leading IT recruitment projects, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering market insights to support strategic hiring in Lisbon offices with partial home-office availability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing and vendor coordination, and comfort working in an international environment. Start ASAP; 12-month contract with extension possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with IT recruitment focus
• Experience advising stakeholders and managing projects independently
• Strong sourcing strategy and talent attraction experience
• Knowledge of sourcing channels and candidate engagement best practices
• Experience supporting site growth or large-scale hiring is a plus
• Background in stakeholder management and vendor coordination

Responsibilities

• Lead and support recruitment projects focused on Technology and IT roles
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping and candidate availability insights
• Conduct talent market research and build talent pool analyses
• Deliver candidate assessment insights and market data for hiring decisions
• Act as trusted talent advisor for high-impact recruitment projects
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including recruitment providers
• Support international expansion of Lisbon location
