K-Recruiting GmbH is seeking a TalentAdvisor (m/w/d) based in Lisbon, Portugal to support technology and IT recruiting projects and advise stakeholders on strategy and market conditions.

The role requires at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition with an IT/tech focus, cross-border collaboration, and the ability to establish on-site presence in Lisbon. Fluency in Portuguese and English is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with IT/technology focus.
• Independent, accountable working style with cross-border collaboration.
• Experience developing sourcing plans and initiatives.
• Experience selecting and using appropriate sourcing channels.
• Ability to establish or expand Lisbon on-site presence.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide recruitment expertise and support for defined IT/hiring projects.
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy and candidate availability in the labor market.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to support Lisbon site expansion.
• Conduct market research and talent pool analyses for predefined requirements.
• Offer candidate assessments and market analyses to aid decisions.
• Provide talent advisory services for strategic hiring initiatives.
• Coordinate additional services within defined project scopes/SOWs.
