Cbtalents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle client interactions across phone, chat, email, and social media, resolving account, technical, and financial inquiries.

With 0-1 year in customer support, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in our processes, onsite at our Lisbon office, with a competitive compensation package including meal allowance and transportation support.

Qualificações

• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer support.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding support across multiple channels: phone, chat, email, and social media.
• Address account setup, verification, login issues, financial inquiries, and technical problems.
• Act as a reliable advisor for clients, especially in the sports industry.
• Respond quickly to customer questions, concerns and feedback.
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication.
• Maintain high service standards while following company guidelines.
• Suggest process improvements to elevate the customer experience.
