Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist passengers and provide high-quality support throughout their journey. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, and on-site work in Lisbon within a dynamic international team.

The position offers a €920 gross monthly salary paid over 14 months, a €1,000 welcome bonus paid in instalments, and a monthly performance bonus of up to €120, with meal allowance provided.

Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a customer-focused attitude.
• Resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
