Job summary

Linum Consult Ltd is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for Portugal, based in Lisbon, to drive growth across industrial, logistics and commercial sectors. You will build relationships with developers, investors and end-users, identify opportunities early, and lead the full business development cycle from market intelligence to contract signature.

The role requires a strong network in Portugal, fluent Portuguese and English, and a proven track record in design & build or turnkey

Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years' experience in business development within construction.
• Strong background in Design & Build, EPC, or turnkey construction.
• Established professional network in Portugal and/or Iberian market.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify major upcoming industrial, logistics and commercial development opportunities.
• Develop relationships with developers, investors, occupiers, manufacturers and other key decision-makers.
• Build a strong network across the Portuguese real estate and construction market.
• Manage the complete business development cycle from initial contact through to contract signature.
