Arcidc is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead for its Lisbon office. This permanent role involves supporting and executing business strategies to grow the pipeline in Portugal and Spain while contributing to international opportunities, particularly in the Middle East.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in business development within the architecture and real estate sectors, with strong networking skills and a proven track record in managing bids.

Qualificações

• 8+ years’ experience in business development within architecture, real estate, or the wider built environment.
• Experience supporting or delivering bids and proposals (EOIs, RFPs, tenders).
• Good understanding of the real estate and development landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of ARC-IDC’s business development strategy.
• Identify, originate and track new business opportunities.
• Leverage existing networks to open doors with developers.
• Manage the end-to-end bid process.
