Botic Partners in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead a large-scale mixed-use project, from land analysis through delivery. You will own the budget, planning, and execution while supporting other projects in the pipeline.

Fluent English is required; Portuguese is valued, along with local permitting knowledge. The role offers autonomy, a competitive salary, a 20% bonus, a company car and parking, health insurance, a meal card and a flexible benefits plan.

Qualificações

• 60+ unit development management experience on the developer side.
• Full development cycle: product, permitting, construction, sales and deeds.
• Proven ability to coordinate architects, PMs, contractors and consultants.
• Fluent English; Portuguese valued; knowledge of local regulation.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product and select architecture firms; sign off design stages and finishes.
• Build and track financial feasibility and budget; correct deviations from the plan.
• Coordinate permitting with technical, legal teams, architects and PMs.
• Set the sales strategy: pricing, channels, marketing, and agency relations.
• Oversee construction contracts; ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Coordinate handover: occupancy permits, bank/notary docs, utilities, after-sales.
• Report timelines, sales, and contract/deed signings.
