Arc-Idc is seeking a Business Development Lead for their Lisbon office on a permanent basis. In this vital role, you will support the CEO and Business Development Director in growing opportunities in Portugal and Spain, while also aiming for international projects.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of business development experience in architecture or real estate, and a proven track record in managing bids and building client relationships. Your role will also involve engaging with stakeholders and contributing to business strategy.

Qualificações

• 8+ years’ experience in business development within architecture, real estate, or the wider built environment.
• Experience supporting or delivering bids and proposals (EOIs, RFPs, tenders).
• Good understanding of the real estate and development landscape, including key stakeholders and project lifecycles.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of ARC-IDC’s business development strategy across Portugal, Spain and selected international markets.
• Identify, originate and track new business opportunities across key sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust and active pipeline of opportunities.
