Job summary

CareerForge is seeking an onsite French-speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal. You will provide technical assistance and support for website-related services to our French-speaking clients, working onsite with rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.

No prior experience is required, but a passion for technology and customer service is essential. Training will be provided; opportunities for career growth and certifications are available.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (C2) required.
• Intermediate English (B2) level or higher.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends in a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients for website services.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through steps for website solutions.
• Document all interactions in the CRM for tracking and follow-up.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.
• Contribute feedback to management on recurring issues and improvements.
