Job summary

Twentooconsulting is seeking a Customer Support Agent in Lisbon. The role requires native/French (C2) proficiency, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to relocate to Lisbon if needed.

You will work on-site in Santos, Lisbon with rotational shifts and support customers via calls, chats, and emails. Base salary plus bonuses is offered, with relocation assistance for EU citizens and a meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Native or C2 level French required.
• High school diploma required.
• Customer service skills including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• EU citizenship required.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• On-site work in Santos, Lisbon with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via inbound calls, chats and emails to Level 1 contacts.
• Explain winnings to bettors.
• Manage user accounts and assist with login issues.
• Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
• Write clear, accurate responses and customise templates for customer communications.
