Bcrecruitment in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Customer Advisor to support Spanish-speaking customers of a payment-solutions provider. You will handle inquiries by phone, live chat, and email, delivering accurate answers with the right tools and building trust through professional communication.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a 6-month contract starting Oct 8. The package includes €920 gross per month in 14 payments, a €25 monthly complexity bonus, a meal allowance of €7.63 net per

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Spanish (C2) and fluent English (C1+), spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills.
• High-school diploma and at least 6 months of contact-centre experience with a strong customer focus.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Flexible for rotating 24/7 shifts in the office, including night shifts and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer contacts in Spanish by phone, live chat and email
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools
• Build trust through clear, friendly and professional communication
• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets
